Office Junction Seller Agreement
This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Office Junction (“Platform”) and the individual or business entity registering as a Seller (“Seller”) on the Office Junction website.
By signing up and listing products on the Office Junction platform, the Seller agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Seller Registration
The Seller agrees to provide accurate and complete business information during registration, including business name and contact details.
2. Product Listing
The Seller gives permission to list their products on the Office Junction website. The Seller agrees to keep the Office Junction portal updated with products details, pricing, and dropship costs in a timely manner. All products offered by Seller are genuine and not counterfeit or prohibited. Office Junction reserves the right to remove any listing that violates the platform policies.
3. Pricing and Orders
The Seller is responsible for providing updated information to Office Junction portal on product prices, dropship costs, and inventory availability in a timely manner. Once an order is placed, the Seller agrees to process and fulfill the order in a timely manner according to the platform’s order processing guidelines.
4. Payments
Office Junction will process payments received from customers and remit the Seller’s earnings after deducting applicable platform fees, commissions or service charges. Payment timelines and methods will be communicated through the platform.
5. Shipping and Delivery
The Seller is responsible for packaging and shipping products safely and ensuring timely delivery to customers unless otherwise arranged through Office Junction logistics services.
6. Customer Support
The Seller agrees to corporate with customer service inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or product defects.
7. Intellectual Property
The Seller confirms that they have given all the legal rights to Office Junction to use all their product images, trademarks, and content provided to Office Junction. The Seller grants Office Junction the right to display and promote these listings on the website and marketing channels.
8. Prohibited Activities
Sellers must not misrepresent product information or list counterfeit products. Office Junction reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these policies.
9. Account Suspension of Termination
Office Junction may suspend or terminate a Seller account or delist Seller products if the Seller violates this Agreement, engages in fraudulent activities, or fails to maintain service standards.
10. Limitation of Liability
Office Junction acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. The platform is not responsible for damage, losses, or disputes arising from transactions between sellers and customers.
11. Changes to Agreement
Office Junction reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Office Junction operates.
